DAY 1 — Hand-Tied Bouquet & Floristry Foundations
We’ll start with a warm welcome and a relaxed chat about the world of floristry — from working with the seasons to sourcing beautiful British blooms. You’ll learn about colour, shape and selecting flowers with confidence, before we show you how to condition your stems for freshness and longevity. Then we’ll demonstrate our signature hand-tied bouquet, sharing all our tips for creating that natural, garden-inspired look. After that, it’s your turn to create your own bouquet, which we’ll help you wrap and package beautifully to take home.
DAY 2 — Table Flowers & Styling
Today is all about designing for the table. We’ll introduce you to sustainable, foam-free mechanics and explore different vessels, table shapes and design principles. You’ll create your own table arrangement using a generous selection of seasonal flowers, and in the afternoon we’ll guide you through simple styling and photography techniques so you can capture your work at its best.
DAY 3 — Large Arrangement & Shared Installation
We begin with a demonstration of a large, loose urn arrangement — full of movement, texture and that wild, natural Flower Appreciation Society style. You’ll then create your own statement urn using chicken wire and sustainable methods. In the afternoon, we’ll work together as a group to build a beautiful foam-free installation. It’s a wonderful chance to experience collaborative floral design and create something truly show-stopping.
We’ll finish the day gathering lots of flowers for you to take home and a celebratory glass of fizz.
